Nordicware Gingerbread Bundt Cake House: Step #1
Christine and I bought this gingerbread house bundt pan a couple years ago and have been having Christmas-time baking fun ever since!
As you can see, it's way easier than making a traditional house from scratch...just pour the gingerbread cake into the bundt pan and bake...yay!

Lemon Pound Cake
Before getting doused with the lemon syrup. Testing out my new Nordicware bundt pan. This is a fantastic lemon pound cake recipe that calls for cake flour and lots of butter and eggs. I like to sift the dry ingredients 3 times to ensure extra fine crumbs.
